What we sharpen:
- All standard straight-edged kitchen knives
- Chef's knives, Paring knives, and Cleavers
- Excluded: We do not sharpen serrated or "jagged" blades (e.g. bread knives)
To ensure each blade receives a perfectly balanced edge, we take our time with every knife. Simply drop them off in-store and they will usually be ready for collection the following day.
